Celery stories
Meet Emily*
30, married, and ready for a family
After 14 months of trying without success, Emily came to us frustrated and confused. A previous doctor had mentioned PMOS based on a single ultrasound but without clear confirmation. With irregular cycles making it nearly impossible to predict her fertile window, Emily felt like she was shooting in the dark.

How it works
Online assessment
Complete our 3 minute fertility quiz so we can learn a little more about you, your fertility journey so far and what you’re wanting to achieve. Alternatively book a call with one of the Celery team to get started.
Initial medical consultation
Arrange a reproductive health consultation with one of our friendly Celery doctors. Together, you start the assessment. Your medical background, family history, previous fertility history is all noted carefully. After this, the relevant investigations are arranged. It’s also an opportunity to ask questions in a pressure-free space.
Targeted testing
Your Celery Health doctor will recommend a series of tests to evaluate your reproductive health, including bloodwork, pelvic imaging, cycle tracking, and fertility window assessment. These tests are scheduled at partner clinics, with results sent directly to our Celery Health team. Genetic carrier screening and semen analysis are also considered.
Personalised plan
Our specialist GP analyses your test results and recommends customised fertility pathways based on your specific needs.
Ongoing care
This may include consultations with fertility specialists for fertility preservation services like egg/ sperm freezing. Care may also incorporate with genetic counselling, sleep support, dietary guidance and stress management. You’ll also receive a comprehensive overview detailing your results and personalised fertility journey.

FAQs
Many will tell you the best way to check your fertility is to try to fall pregnant! It may be true for some but it’s not always an available option for others.
Some of the most widely available at-home tools for fertility testing are egg count tests and at-home hormone kits. However, this provides a very limited picture, resulting in more time spent visiting specialists for additional answers.
For a comprehensive understanding of your reproductive health, take a broader fertility health assessment with one of our specialist GP’s. Based on your needs, we’ll recommend appropriate testing that may include blood work, pelvic imaging, and lifestyle assessment. If requested or suggested, we’ll help you through the referral process to consult with a CREI fertility specialist.
Our initial reproductive health consultation is bulk billed for medicare holders. There is a fee of $200 to become a 3-month member of Celery Health. This membership includes follow-up consultation, customised blood testing, a detailed review with your dedicated Celery team member and personalised recommendations. It does not include out of pocket costs for AMH or pelvic ultrasound nor does it include the cost of complete genetic carrier screening or semen analysis.
The final cost will depend on the types of specialised testing or holistic support you opt for. Pricing transparency is important to us, which is why we’ll only recommend the tests you actually need and provide you with a detailed quote before starting your journey.
We recommend contacting your health insurance provider directly to inquire about fertility benefit add-ons or upgraded plans that include reproductive health coverage.
For employers looking to add fertility benefits for your team, Celery Health offers corporate packages (link to employers page) that can be integrated with your existing employee health plans. Our team can work directly with your HR department and insurance providers to create a tailored fertility benefit solution that complements your current plan.
While basic fertility testing is sometimes covered under standard plans, comprehensive fertility treatments like ours have limited coverage. However, we’re on a mission to change this. To make fertility and reproductive care more accessible for everyone, tell your employer or health plan provider about Celery Health today.
Yes, absolutely! Your Celery Health assessment is designed to complement, not replace, your relationship with your general practitioner.
